Warranty, Service & Commercial Policies
At Lab Solution India, we believe that clarity before purchase leads to smoother execution and long-term satisfaction.
The following policies outline our standard warranty, service, and commercial practices applicable to all supplies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Product Finish & Visual Acceptance
Our equipment is manufactured for functional laboratory use and supplied with a standard industrial-grade finish.
Minor cosmetic variations such as:
v paint texture or shade variation
v visible fasteners or fittings
v fabrication or welding marks
v rubber mounts or cushioning tolerances
are inherent to fabricated laboratory equipment and are considered acceptable industry practice.
Such cosmetic variations:
Ø do not affect performance, safety, or service life
Ø do not qualify as manufacturing defects
Ø are not grounds for replacement or return
2. Pre-Dispatch Inspection & Acceptance
Where applicable, product photographs and/or videos may be shared prior to dispatch for reference.
Dispatch of equipment after such communication shall be treated as acceptance of the visual condition of the equipment.
Customers are encouraged to clarify any concerns related to appearance or configuration before dispatch.
3. Scope of Warranty
The standard warranty (unless specified otherwise) covers:
- manufacturing defects
- functional performance of the
equipment
Warranty typically applies to:
- motors / blowers
- electrical components
- structural workmanship
The warranty does not cover:
- cosmetic aspects
- consumable items (lamps,
filters, seals, etc.)
- wear and tear due to usage or
environment
4. Replacement Policy
Replacement of equipment is applicable only in the following cases:
Ø verified manufacturing defect
Ø functional failure attributable to manufacturing
Ø transit damage reported at the time of delivery
Replacement is not applicable for:
Ø cosmetic observations
Ø user expectation mismatch
Ø handling or installation issues at site
Ø issues arising after acceptance and usage
All replacement decisions are subject to technical evaluation by the supplier.
5. Installation, Commissioning & On-Site Service
Unless specifically mentioned in the quotation:
ü installation, commissioning, and demonstration are not included
ü on-site service visits are chargeable
Warranty support generally covers repair or replacement of defective parts and does not automatically include:
ü free on-site visits
ü travel, lodging, or conveyance
ü repeated visits due to site or user-related issues
6. Dealer / Reseller Supplies
In case equipment is supplied through a dealer, distributor, or reseller:
Ø it is the reseller’s responsibility to receive, open, inspect, test, and verify the equipment before delivery to the end user
Ø any transit damage, missing parts, or visual concerns must be reported prior to onward dispatch
Warranty and service obligations of the manufacturer remain governed by the original quotation terms and are independent of resale price or commercial arrangements between reseller and end user.
7. Transportation & Transit Responsibility
All equipment is inspected prior to dispatch.
Any transit-related damage must be:
Ø noted on the transporter’s delivery document
Ø reported immediately upon receipt
Transit insurance is not included unless specifically requested at the time of order.
8. Feedback, Reviews & Dispute Resolution
We value genuine customer feedback and encourage direct communication for resolution of any concerns.
Public reviews, third-party postings, or social media comments:
ü do not constitute technical evaluation
ü do not override agreed commercial or warranty terms
ü do not form the basis for replacement or commercial concessions
We believe direct and professional communication leads to faster and fair resolution.
9. General Commercial Understanding
- Prices, scope, warranty, and
service terms are governed by the confirmed quotation
- Any deviation must be agreed in
writing prior to order confirmation
- Continued use of the equipment constitutes acceptance of supplied condition and performance
- manufacturing defects
