Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered under a standard warranty of 12 months from the date of sale (invoice date) to the buyer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.

What Is Included

  • Replacement or repair of defective parts
  • Technical assistance via phone or online support
  • Factory/service center repairs

What Is Not Included

  • Wear and tear components (gaskets, seals, oil, heaters, filters, fans, bulbs, belts, etc.)
  • Damage due to improper installation, voltage fluctuation, overload, physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
  • Consumables and vacuum pump maintenance
  • Transportation, technician visit charges, or logistics costs

Service Locations

The warranty is Carry-In / Return-to-Service-Center.
If on-site support is required, travel and stay expenses shall be borne by the customer or reseller, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Warranty Transfer

Warranty is valid only if the end user details and installation location are shared at the time of pacing the order. If the unit is moved to another location or sold through a reseller to a territory different from the address mentioned in the invoice without prior written approval, the warranty remains effective, but all logistics, travel, and service visit costs are chargeable.

Post Warranty Support

After warranty expiry, all service, parts, repairs, and technician visits are 100% chargeable as per standard service rates.

Manufacturer Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of defective parts.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any business loss, downtime, product spoilage, or consequential damages.

Shipping, Transit Damage & Delivery Delay Disclaimer

All products are thoroughly inspected, tested, and securely packed before dispatch. Products are shipped through third-party logistics service providers selected based on service reliability and coverage. Once the shipment has been handed over to the logistics company, the responsibility for delivery, handling, and transit remains with the logistics provider.

Lab Solution India is not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, delay, or mishandling of the product during transit. Any claims related to shipment damage or delay must be raised directly with the logistics provider by the consignee/end-user.

However, we assist the customer with documentation and claim support if required.

It is strongly recommended that the customer:

1. Inspect the shipment at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note.

2. Record photos/videos if any external packaging appears damaged.

3. Notify the logistics company immediately for any damage claim.

4. Inform Lab Solution India within 24 hours so we can support documentation and claim escalation where possible.

If the product is damaged due to improper handling by logistics:

– Repairs or replacement will be treated as *chargeable*, not warranty coverage.
